Return + Refund Policy

We want you to love your Wave + Summit products. Because each item is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, we are unable to accept product returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.

How to request a refund or replacement
Email our team at service@waveandsummit.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
